We endeavor to deliver depends on the courier company and that may vary from 

7-15 working days.

DISPATCH TIME - 5-12 WORKING DAYS

The above-mentioned timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the order volume and other unavoidable reasons.

We offer free shipping all over India for orders above the value of 5000 INR.

RETURN SHIPPING

In case of genuine verified case of damage, the shipment would be reverse picked by us. If not, the customer can courier us and get the shipping charges reimbursed within 5-7 working days. 

PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO 

Package opening video is required for any kind of queries to be processed. So kindly take the package opening video so that your queries are solved without any hassle. We won’t be able to solve the problem without the proof. 

Incomplete Deliveries:

Kiramii is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

Customer providing the wrong shipping address
Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) – this prevents our logistic partner from being able to clear packages
Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier.
